Return and Refund Policy

At Gilded Granger, we take pride in providing you with the freshest, highest-quality hand-ground spices. Because our products are edible and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns.

However, we want you to love every spice you receive! If your order arrives damaged during delivery, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Policy

We’re so excited to send our handcrafted, small-batch spices your way! Here’s what to expect when ordering from us:

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • We ship all orders via USPS Standard Ground, which typically takes up to 5 business days for delivery.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!

Shipping Rates & Locations

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
