This Texas Ginger Citrus Toddy is our go-to winter drink—naturally caffeine-free, alcohol-free, and full of bright, spicy flavor.

Directions:
  1. Bring the warmth. In a small saucepan, combine the water, Texas Ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange peel. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes to let the spices infuse.

  2. Add citrus and sweetness. Remove the pan from heat. Strain the liquid into two mugs. Stir in the honey and lemon juice while the toddy is still warm.

  3. Sip and settle. Garnish with a sprig of mint or an extra curl of orange peel, if you like. Take a deep breath and enjoy—this one’s meant to be savored.

Why It Works

This toddy is more than a warm drink—it’s a gentle pick-me-up made with real, whole ingredients. The Texas Ginger brings a natural heat that soothes the throat and invigorates the senses, while lemon adds brightness and honey rounds everything out with mellow sweetness.

Gilded Granger Tip:

Batch it! Double or triple the recipe and keep it in a thermos for sipping throughout the day. The longer it sits, the more flavorful it becomes.
